The minutes were accepted by John Smith and seconded by Rob Mitchell.

16John hurney spoke about this and does not know anymore or where this is heading. Nic will look into where our submission is at.

17Nic had a meeting with the scrutineering officials all looking good and with a template been produced and is available from the Cams office.

18John Hurney has written a paper on this and will sent it to Cams.

  1. John Hurney spoke about the Fuel cells and has written a paper on this matter and will send it to Cams and we will see what comes from it.
  1. General Business
  1. David Walker started the topic of the calendar Matrix and with some very worthwhile input from all those present we came up with a good workable Matrix.
  2. John Hurney to take the lead on organizing a Marquee for the V8 meeting to house as many race cars in it as possible.
  3. David Walker advised the meeting that the 2016 State Championship regulations and appendix have been finalized and will be put forward to State Council on the 3rd of December 2015.

  • The Chairman thanked delegates for their attendance and closed the meeting at 7.30pm
