TREASURER’S REPORT
MOSSPARK PRIMARY PARENT COUNCIL
TREASURER’S REPORT FOR MEETING 21FEBRUARY 2017
The cash at bank as at 24January 2017 was £3,544.16.
A payment is still owed to M Campbell regarding her costs of the fayre and the school let. The total of these costs should be in the region of £160, which would give us an overall balance of around £3,384.
Committed costs to be paid are the annual fee payable to Mrs McHarg for her administrative support (£300), which will further reduce the balance to £3,084.
Post meeting note – cheque 010502 issued to Mrs McHarg for £300.
We have the ceilidh on 24 February 2017 and I will report at the next meeting the income and costs in relation to this event, although it is a fun night rather than a fundraising night.
I am still in on-going discussions with the bank regarding the change in signatories but making some progress and hope that this will be resolved by the next meeting.
