The Knight & Family of the Month.

Knight of the Month:

At this time, it's my honor & privilege to present the Knight of the Month Award to Brother Chris Craney. On November 14th, Brother Chris helped organize several Knights and family members to support the Boy Scout Venture Crew (Troop #444) with their “Adopt a Highway Program.” The event was a great success with over 30 bags of recyclable material and trash cleaned from Wilbon road.

This past weekend on December 5th, Brother Chris organized a group of 15 people, including several Knights, family members and friends to attend a Carolina Hurricanes game. A good time was had by all.

Also, Brother Chris organized and led a group of 3 men to set up this year’s Christmas Giving Tree program. In part because of the selfless efforts of Brother Chris, well over 100 children from the Wake County Foster Care Program will have Christmas presents to open this year!

Thank you Brother Chris for all of your efforts and for a job well done!

Family of the Month:

At this time it is my honor & privilege to present the Family of the Month Award to the family of Brother Andy Raulynaitis. On December 3rd, Brother Raulynaitis offered up his abilities in the kitchen, along with the help of his two sons, A.J. (age 11) & Ryan (age 9) to serve up a seafood dinner for 12 Priests from all over the Diocese of Raleigh. The dinner took over 14 man hours to plan & complete and the Clergy was more than satisfied upon meals end.

Thank you Raulynaitis family for your dedication to our Church’s Clergy!

My Brothers, congratulations on another successful month. You should all be very proud to belong to such an active Council with so many Brother Knights who are so dedicated to our Church, Our Community & Our Order.
