Campaign Features "The Bravest" from Sir Rosevelt, the Southern Pop Collaboration of Atlanta Native Zac Brown, Niko Moon and Ben Simonetti

THE ATL (March 30, 2018) – Celebrating “3 Teams over 30 Days,” FOX Sports South and FOX Sports Southeast is launching April in the ATL, highlighting the month-long sports intersection of the Atlanta Braves, Atlanta Hawks and Atlanta United.

Dedicated to the fans, the multiplatform initiative was created by FOX Sports South in 2016 to unite three of Atlanta’s professional sports franchises. Past campaigns have included themed game telecasts, digital content and promotional image spots. The networks and franchises have also co-produced several player trades during April: Hawks alum Kevin Willis and Atlanta United player Michael Parkhurst threw out the first pitch at a 2017 Braves game, Atlanta United players attended a 2017 Hawks game, the Hawks’ Kent Bazemore tested his skills in the batting cages at a 2016 Braves game, and the Braves Tomahawk Team joined the Hawks Kia 6th Man Section at a 2017 Hawks game.

This year the networks will produce 35 telecasts, digital content and onsite activations in conjunction with the teams, including 26 Braves games, 6 Hawks games and 3 Atlanta United matches. Advance Auto Parts will be the presenting sponsor of April in the ATL telecasts on the networks.

Additionally, the networks have partnered with Sir Rosevelt, featuring multi-platinum, Grammy Award-winning artist and Atlanta native Zac Brown, Niko Moon and Ben Simonetti to showcase their single, “The Bravest” within the campaign. Said Brown, “I’m proud to call Atlanta home. This city has an energy about it that makes it truly one of a kind, and I think ‘The Bravest’ represents that feeling.” Please click on the April in the ATL logo to view a promotional spot.

“April is the one month on the sports calendar when the Braves, Hawks and Atlanta United are all in-season,” said Rolanda Gaines, Director of Marketing and Communications, FOX Sports South. “April in the ATL is FOX Sports’ salute to this special occasion, and having Sir Rosevelt’s music as part of the campaign wraps perfectly around our gift to Atlanta.”

In addition to April game telecasts, the networks and teams will collaborate to host themed programming and activations both on-air and on-site throughout the month:

NOTE: schedule is subject to change; real-time updates will be posted to Twitter and Facebook.

About Sir Rosevelt

Sir Rosevelt is the southern pop collaboration of Zac Brown, Niko Moon and Ben Simonetti. Formed in 2015, the band pulls inspiration from the full-throttle energy of the electronic scene and the elasticity of the pop genre. Longtime collaborators and co-writers, Brown and Moon, brought Simonetti into the fold in 2015 to round out the singular style and wide range of musical skill that became Sir Rosevelt. The band released their first single, "Sunday Finest" in 2016, followed by their debut album of the same name in 2017, as well as their single, "Something 'Bout You." This past year, Sir Rosevelt made debut appearances in London, Las Vegas, and at the Bryon Bay Bluesfest in Bryon Bay, Australia.
