To request a change of schedule, please complete this form and drop it in the tuition box on the wall. Once your new schedule is accepted you will receive an updated tuition account statement.

Important Reminder:If you change your schedule, the schedule you previously had will be given to an incoming student. We CANNOT hold a schedule for you, If you need additional days, it is highly recommended that you purchase a full week tuition. You can always reduce days but it is difficult to add them.
