Formulation and set up common Page UE Standards:

Page Widening and Usability Improvisation

Led the team of 9 technical consultants to widen and improve the usability for CRM 9.2 release. Pages were decided to be widened to standard 960/1280 pixels. Also, provided list of standards to be adhered to, while widening the pages to have compliance across different component pages. Mentored the project and played the role of lead POC between higher management and technical team and drove the weekly status calls. Finally approved all the pages before actually moving them to staging Database to be refreshed with Build cycle.

Customer Data Hub (CDH) Integration

Oracle Customer Data Hub (CDH) provides a single source of customer data for use across multiple systems where users create and maintain customer data.
