MOEN OFFERS NEW STAINLESS STEEL SINK STYLES AND ACCESSORIES

TO MEET HOMEOWNERS’ DESIGN, FUNCTION AND BUDGET NEEDS

North Olmsted, Ohio… Today’s discerning homeowners literally want everything and the kitchen sink. And, Moen, the number one faucet brand in North America, continues to answer these needs by expanding its popular 1800™ Series of stainless steel sinks to include new shapes, configurations and depths, as well as the newest Moen offering – kitchen sink accessories.

“Moen’s commitment to the stainless steel sink category is stronger than ever, and that’s clearly evident in our new product launches,” said Cassy Osborne, wholesale sink product manager, Moen. “Our new sinks include the most-popular and in-demand sizes and configurations, while the new accessories deliver the functionality homeowners desire – all from one reliable source.”

Moen’s 1800 Series of sinks offers high-quality construction, featuring 18-gauge stainless steel for a solid base and reliable performance for any kitchen task. Driven by the most-popular remodel and showroom customer requests, new sinks within the 1800 Series include new Apron-Front sink options, a Professional sink line and expanded D-Shaped sinks.

Apron-Front Sinks

Once a staple seen exclusively in farmhouse kitchens, the apron-front sink has come a long way – and is making its way into the city. Distinguished by an exposed side that runs along the front, rather than being concealed behind the cabinet, apron-front sinks instantly add a beautiful focal point to any kitchen. Moen offers two 30-inch apron-front styles, either with a single or double bowl.

18-Gauge Professional Line Sinks

Offering the at-home chef a professional look, the new professional line sinks feature clean, straight, 90-degree corners, providing high-end style – at an affordable price. Available in a big-single, double-equal, offset double and prep configurations, each sink also features a rear drain hole which provides additional flat space in the sink for enhanced functionality.

D-Shaped Sinks

An increasing request among homeowners, D-shaped sinks offer a rounded curvature to the back wall of the sink to provide more room for maneuvering large pans. To answer the need, Moen is increasing options for this popular shape with four new orientation and size choices, including undermount big-single, single and bar sinks, as well as a round bar sink.

Sink Accessories

Once a homeowner has found their perfect sink, new accessories can add to the functionality of the area, including:

o  Bottom grids – available in a variety of sizes for the perfect fit to protect the sink bottom from tough tasks or heavy cookware

o  Rinse baskets – custom designed to fit the shape of the sink to hold fragile dishes and protect the sink surface

o  Cutting boards – made of hard wood, each board fits the size and shape of each Moen sink for added cooking simplicity

All Moen 1800 Series sinks feature SoundSHIELD™ undercoating which ensures exceptional sound deadening. A wear-resistant, uniform, brushed finish offers durability and resistance to chipping, cracking, staining or peeling. Limited lifetime warranties* are standard for all Moen stainless steel sinks. Most of the Moen sinks are manufactured in the United States.
