PCI is seeking a Mobile Cyber Security Advisorresponsible for a portfolio of emerging mobile field maintenance programs potentially spanning evolving risk levels. The Analyst will work under the direction of the Information System Security Manager (ISSM). Candidates must be knowledgeable of mobile information technology and mobile device/application security principles.
Mobile platforms include but are limited to phone, tablet, and laptops for AF Maintenance applications. Individual participates in all aspects of the mobile maintenance application lifecycle from imagining (lifecycle concerns on applicable direction) to delivery. The current Field Mx: IMDS CDB’s mobile projects include Mobile Maintenance Documentation (MMD) and others (e.g., Remote Access).

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serve as HIAM principal mobile cybersecurity analyst/advisor providing required Risk Management Framework (RMF) techniques for emerging mobile field maintenance applications and cloud based business systems software
- Conducts technical evaluation of mobile information system design, focusing on information security aspects and accreditation
- Utilize various information system inspection tools to audit systems, analyze potential vulnerabilities and identify mitigation approaches
- Perform vulnerability/risk assessment analysis to support accreditation and other program protection activities
- Prepare program level and peer review program documentation to include Risk Assessment Reports, Accreditation Packages, and security policy guides
- Coordinate with external organizations and guide accreditation packages through the customer process
- Review requests for software installation and conduct technical risk assessment on implementation of the software
- Work closely with system administrators to validate patching, AV definitions and other security tools are updated/not vulnerable
- Coordinate and track security action requests and status
- Assist contractors with facility designs to incorporate appropriate security features, conduct pre- accreditation inspections, and provide assistance in preparation of accreditation documents
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or other related suitable technical field
- Experience in delivering high quality mobile applications focusing on security, sustainability, maintainability, reliability, and excellent customer experience
- Desired previous work experience in configuring the security controls of various operating systems such as Apple, Windows, and Android
- Familiarity with security accreditation process
- Familiarity with applicable AF and DoD policies, procedures and operating instructions related to program security, information assurance and information management
- Comfortable working in an Agile, Cloud, and Test Driven Development environment
- CISSP, Security+, and Network+ certifications preferred – not required
