Hamazor – Din e Mazdayashni ; may we be united in Meritorious deeds, keep away from Wickedness. Unity brings Progress. Fight for the Right Cause but needlessly do not argue and have infighting. Do not be like Don Quixote and fight with imaginary Windmills.
Observe – Non Violence ; Self education; Follow the Righteous Path
Respecting each others Viewpoint.- more so with those who cannot defend themselves (needy)
Respecting the Tenets of our cherished Religion
Spenta Armaity : Like a Mother
Have Tolerence, Understanding, Love, Forgiving & Forgetting be like that;

At the moment we are in the process of reviving this method of greeting in North America and also reciting Monajats at Community Functions.

Speaker – PRG. Prof. Faredoon Kapadia spoke on Mobeds and Mahtab Chhapkhanawala spoke on Youth. (Copies of the Presentation on Mobed and Youth attached herewith for your referemce and compliance.
- Rohinton Revitna suggested that we at PRG should link up with the North American Mobeds Council formally
- Nagarwala suggested creating respect for Mobeds.
- Mr. Tamboly mentioned that there are55 Mobed who are supplemented with Rs.1500 – 4500 as a separate remuneration based on the services offered by them.
- Mr. Pastakia said the respect comes from within
- Mr.Tirandas mentioned that once looked into the financial status, systems will be placed on its own.
- Mr.Dhalla – There is no development in the Avesta Pahelvi. We have to look after the priesthood in Iran.
- Vada Dasturji Mirza requested that Maharbad land to be saved from going to others.
- Mr.Mehta – to create awareness & need for the Dastur, Mobeds & Erwads.They cannot be always supported.
- Rohinton Master – Make an agenda saying that we need to make sure that no parsi is poor.
- Mr.Tirandaz suggested to form a World Zoroastrian Body

- these are sponsored for the youth by the youth and to the youth.
- everything to be discussed can be put up on these sites like events, shows etc.
- there are approximately 30 Zoroastrian youth registered on Yahoo
- every individual should give certain percentage of their salary. People have to be convinced about donating it generously.
- Mrs.Mistry objected stating the discussions which take place are not healthy however Ms.Shroff objected stating that this is purely networking and controversy is not always bad.
- System needs to be created for collections
- Round Table has guggested to take the PRG Medical Insurance as a cause
- Ramiyar to give a code of conduct and his note to be given to all
- Establishing local mandals in Mumbai and to inter-link each of them
- PRG has taken the initiative of connecting all the baugs. We shall be able to put it up in the next meeting.
