Office Manager’s Report /
- Linda presented monthly stats; reported that there have been $140 in sales on Saturdays in January; 90-day trial period for central office Saturday opening ended in January – review of keeping central office open on Saturdays will discussed next month
Web Chair’s Report /
- Keith reported monthly stats and 2017 year-end stats
Communication Chair’s Report /
- Hassan reported PIJ was posted to the website onFebruary 5
Activities Chair’s Report /
- Caroline not present; chili cookoff will be held March 10 at St. Barnabas; central office will provide water, soft drinks, and coffee; groups to bring chili, sides, and desserts; reminder: no smoking on property
- BBQ pit donated by Randy H. of Sun-Up Group will be raffled at event; $500 in raffle tickets have been sold so far
Contact Chair’s Report /
- Ron visited Keys to Kingdom Group; he is compiling a list of groups attending COR meeting and will visit those who are not attending
District Reports / 13E:
- Clint reported there will be a workshop held in late April (date TBD); topic is “Service, Sponsorship, and Commitment”
- They are conducting budget process; trying to fill vacant positions

- Elections Committee: Carlos and Randy will serve as the 2 CORs and Ron will serve as the steering committee rep; nominations to be held next month and elections in April
- Literature Table at FOTSS – asked groups to sign up to work the table during the conference; FOTSS is March 23-25
