Motion made by Paolino, seconded by Dushane, to approve submitted department reports. AYES: All Trustees present. Motion carried.

Letter read from Catskill Fire Department requesting to move Terry Oravec from the Associates List to the Active Roster, as this does not need a Board vote. The matter of Craig Rowell and James Ashley moving from Associates to Active roster was tabled until the next Board meeting.

Nancy Richards updated the Board regarding the ‘Resilient Catskill’ waterfront mitigation program. There is a copy in the Village Clerk’s office for perusal.

Planning Board has a meeting this Monday night, February 16th.

Trustee McCulloch asked Nancy about the marathon being held over Memorial Day weekend, and Nancy said that it was still scheduled. Trustee Paolino asked about the calendars that Nancy usually gave to them, and Nancy said she will resume the calendar.

Nancy asked a question to the Fire Department as to what the minimum and maximum member number is and was informed that 60 members is the maximum and that is where the Fire Department is at.

Fawn Potash of Masters on Main Street asked the Board for permission to hold a ‘flash mob’ sometime over the summer, hopefully at another event. Prattsville and Tannersville are also hosting a flash mob. This is all tying in with the American Masquarade program which Fawn is a part of.

The Rappleyeas asked about the Cat museum on W. Bridge Street and if anything was being done about it. President Seeley was trying to get in touch with the property owner.

Dana Hanusik commended the DPW on an excellent job done on the streets in the Village. Even had people telling how amazing the plowing is in Catskill as opposed to Hudson.

Nancy Richards also praised the DPW, as did Trustee Dushane.

Motion made by Dushane, seconded by Paolino, for the Fire Department to claim the outboard motor for the boat that is out of service as surplus, and can sell same. AYES: All Trustees present. Motion carried.

Dana Hanusik also mentioned that many street lights are out. Was told to get a list and the Clerk’s office will call them into Central Hudson.

Trustee McCulloch mentioned the CODE RED system is through Greene County and you can sign up through DiscoverGreene.com.

Motion made by Duchane, seconded by Paolino. AYES: All Trustees present. Motion carried.

Respectfully submitted,
