There is a cost to this exercise and Community Impact Bucks has estimated it could be between £5 - £20,000, but there are grants available. The Village Society has asked to meet with representatives from the Parish Council to discuss the pros and cons. Agreed Mr. Truesdale and Ms. Poole would meet.

  1. Airfield Recreational Facilities – permission has to be sought from AVDC under condition 3 of the planning permission given on 25th January, 2011 for the erection of fencing. Details of the fencing have to be submitted together with a fee of £97. Agreed to pay.
  1. AVDC to be asked if they have received the Section 106 payment in connection with the Thame Road development as work seems to have commenced.
  1. Confirmation received from AVDC of the street names for the 71 dwellings – land off Thame Road as follows : Cotts Field, Pilots Place, Spitfire Path and Hotspur Close.
