NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Inter-Club Council met, commencing at 1:30 P.M. on Monday August 27, 2012 in Room 1016-B-MVC, and Room 1114-SJC. The starting time listed for the meeting is approximate. Public testimony will be invited in conjunction with discussion on each item.

II. ICC Club Reports & Information
A. ICC President
B. Kesia Crawford reported that she has a new Email that she would like everyone to use for club Business;
C. ICC Club Reps
i. Phi Theta Kappa – PTK – Shayla reported they are going to give a fund raiser at El Torito Restaurant, would like approval for fall Leadership Conference, Angela Salas is the new SJC Leadership officer and they will be hosting Relay for life
ii. SWANS – reported they are going to sell T-Shirts this will go on the next weeks agenda, they are giving a car wash fundraiser, they will be attending the CNSA Conference, they will be hosting the Student helping students fundraiser, they reported that they have Mix Bags to sell
iii. Rotaract – met with Paul David about Green Light projects, reported seed money front Rotary every other Thursday 9/20/2012, Matthew Payne working on meeting flyers
iv. Mu Alpha Theta – Offering Tutoring the times have change to 3-4 pm Monday and Wednesday this semester from 12:30 – 4:00 pm at Menifee Campus (TBA) room 1013 at SJC 12:30 to 4:00pm will be tutoring Math 105, Sandi will give Contact information to Corrine
v. Amnesty International – they are working with advisor to get their club up and running.
D. ICC Advisor Reports
i. Nathan Brais – Items to be placed on the Agenda for the following Monday will need to be sent to and Cc; Sandi and myself.
E. SGA Support Specialist Reports
i. Sandi Uhrig – all club officers need to complete survey’s
III. Public Comment
This time is reserved for members of the public to address the Inter-Club Council on issues not already appearing on the agenda. A limit of 5 minutes per speaker and 20 minutes per topic shall be enforced.
