A.4.c.National Child DayProclamation (M.Phair)
The Report on Edmonton’s Children and Youth 2006 is being released today. The report was developed by the City and Success by 6®, and includesindicators for the well-being of children in Edmonton. Councillors K.Krushell and M.Phair were congratulated for their hard work on this project.
Today is National Child Day – a very appropriate time for this report to be released. The theme of National Child Day this year is “I have a right to be heard!”
On behalf of City Council, Councillor M.Phairpresented the proclamation to LizO’Neill, Chair, Success by 6® Council of Partners.
