Minor Railways Section – Biennial Technical Seminar
Saturday 12th November 2011
The third technical seminar of the Minor Railways Section will be held at the KidderminsterRailwayMuseum in Worcestershire on the above date. This meeting will be a continuation of the successful events held at the same location since 2009 and the theme this year is – “Signalling the Link”, which will concentrate on interfaces between Network Rail and Minor Railways.
Also new at the seminar this year will be the presentation of this years award for the Section’s “Volunteer S & T Technician of the Year”.
The meeting will be free to attend, but is limited to 100 persons, so advance booking using the form below is essential. Lunch will be provided free of charge to those attending with the generous support of the events sponsors. The programme for this meeting is still under development and will be issued to successful applicants nearer the date. From the confirmations received so far there will be an interesting and varied programme.

There is still time for individuals and representatives of minor railways who would like to give a presentation or technical paper to get in touch and confirm their subject matter.
