Milne Fruit Products is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Production Supervisor. The Production Supervisor directs and coordinates the production of maximum quality products at a pre-scheduled volume with maximum efficiency through the effective assignment, monitoring, and management of hourly production, blending and freezer employees.

This position will work in coordination with the current Production Supervisor andwill alternate day and swing shifts with some graveyard hours. Salary DOQ.

• industry experience and a technical knowledge of fruit product production;

Minimum Qualifications:

• BS/BA from an accredited college or university with major course work in Food Science, Science, Bacteriology or closely related field.

• Three years experience in production and increasingly responsible supervisory positions.

• Demonstrated knowledge of the principles of supervision and training.

• Technical knowledge of fruit product production.

• PC-based computing experience (word processing-Word, spreadsheet-Excel, email-Outlook).

• An equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities may be substituted for the above requirements.
