Birth to 5 offers, in English and Spanish:
o a Developmental Screening Passport to keep track of and share a child’s screening history and results, and much more.
o an early care and education provider’s guide for developmental and behavioral screening;
o a primary care provider’s guide for developmental and behavioral screening;

Learn the Signs. Act Early.
…is a developmental milestones monitoring service from the Centers for Disease Control. As they write, “From birth to 5 years, children should reach milestones in how he plays, learns, speaks, acts and moves. Families, teacher, and caregivers can track children’s development and act early if they have a concern.”
LSAE offers:
o free trainings for early care and education professionals on developmental milestones;
o free tools for families to track developmental milestones;
o free print and multimedia materials, and more.
