Tour includes: welcome and farewell lunch/dinner, meals as noted, room (double occupancy), ground transportation (pick up in Palenque, return from Tuxtla Gutierrez) and for tours, tour guide, activities as described, and entrance fees when necessary.
The tour fee does not include airfare, trip insurance, tips, meals other than those noted, optional activities. Milagros Para Ti can consult with you regarding air travel.
Terms and Conditions: Tour price is $2100. /double occupancy A deposit of $300 is required and should be submitted when making this reservation. The balance is due by June 1, 2018.
Rooms are based on double occupancy, each room with a private bath. Limited single rooms are available for an additional $400. All rooms are non-smoking.
Cancellation/Refund Milagros Para Ti not only occurs processing costs but is also required to make various deposits to reserve accommodations, make transportation arrangements and secure guides. Therefore, a cancellation forfeiture of $200 is imposed from onset of enrollment unless the cancellation is for health/emergency reasons. These will be considered on a case by case basis. Cancellations received within 30 days of departure may be subject to additional cancellation fees. All cancellation notifications must be received in writing. No refunds for no-shows or cancellations after date of departure. Travel insurance is highly recommended.
Documents required: travel to Mexico requires a valid US Passport
Milagros Para Ti responsibility: Milagros Para Ti (Operator) acts only as agent for tour members in regard to hotel accommodations, restaurants, meals and services, tours and transportation listed in the itinerary. Operator assumes no responsibility or liability in connection with the services of any of these companies or their servants. By acceptance of tour membership, tour member agrees to the foregoing and agrees that Operator shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury or inconvenience caused by or resulting from occurrences, neglect or otherwise due to the malfunction of transportation equipment, strikes, acts of God, war or civil strife, delays, fire, theft, itinerary changes, or cancellation of services by suppliers.
