GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

  • The Guidelines for applicants of the call for Proposals EACEA/48/2015 underlined that actions must submit a mid-term technical report (technical and financial report). The report shouldpresent a state of play of the project, andexplain any major problems which might have an impact on the outcomes of the project, and any mitigating measures / solutions proposed to solve them.
  • The mid-term technical report should be submitted after the first 9 months of implementation for projects having duration of 18 months, and after the 1st year of implementation for projects having duration of 24 months.
  • The technical report should provide a detailed picture of the project and its progress during the reporting period, as described in the original application.
  • Since currently no formal possibility exists to directly relate international sectorial qualifications systems or framework to the EQF, it is important to reiterate that the results of the pilot will not represent a formal outcome. It should be demonstrated in the report that all parties involved in the project are made aware of this requirement.
  • No payment is linked to the acceptance of the technical report. It is however important that the financial part is also carefully filled in, in order to provide a mid-term overview of the expenditure linked to the project and to allow the Agency to give, if necessary, financial guidance to the beneficiary of the action grant.
  • Any changes to the initial information provided in the application should be communicated to the Agency, and introduced in the Participant Portal, whether necessary.
  • The technical report, and any supporting documents should be sent in electronic format only to
