Scholarship Application - Mid-Missouri High School Senior
Statement about AGA: The Association of Government Accountants (AGA), Mid-Missouri Chapter is a professional association of more than 300 individuals. Members include accountants, auditors, budget analysts, data processors, finance directors and system designers. The Association serves its members by providing quality educational programs, encouraging professional development and certification while serving as an advocate for the profession. The AGA provides a certification program and the Certified Government Financial Manager designation. Skip Eno was a founding member of the Mid-MO AGA and also served the local chapter and National level for over 40 years.
Purpose: To extend scholarship assistance to a high school senior enrolling full-time as a college/university freshman in a four-year program in the State of Missouri with the intent to pursue a degree in a business-related field of study.
Award: The Association will award to one individual a $400 scholarship jointly to the student and the college/university of their choice. The award will be made at the annual awards banquet in April. The recipient and his/her parents/guardians will be invited to attend.

* Please include the number of hours worked for community service
** At least one of the letters of recommendation is required to be on the applicant’s school letterhead.
***An AGA member’s family is defined as their immediate family or a member of their household.

- A statement that briefly describes your extracurricular activities, community involvement (including the number of hours served), work experience and achievements.
- A student's statement in which you provide background information about yourself. Describe your intended course of study and why you have chosen to pursue a career in business (300 words or less)
- Two letters of recommendation addressing your abilities and accomplishments, one on the applicant’s school letterhead.
