Welcome to the Microsoft Office® SharePoint® Designer 2007 Training

The Office SharePointDesigner 2007 Training is designed to help you learn about Microsoft Office SharePointDesigner’s rich set of features.

You can learn from this training in several ways. As you progress through the training, we recommend that you set up a practice site to try out the new features that you will be learning.

Note: For optimum clarity, do not resize the training window. If you have changed the default setting by changing the size of the window, and the images appear blurry, you will need to increase or decrease the size of the screen.

Getting started

To get started, click Learner Site in the left navigation, or click the Start Trainingbutton on the home page.

Note: Works best with Internet Explorer. Download Internet Explorer if you have trouble accessing the videos.

To learn more about each training video, move your cursor over the item title. You will see a description of the video.

Select a training video by clicking Start, Continue, or Retakein the Action column. The Status column will show you which items you have completed, and which are incomplete. You can always retake any training video. The Last Completedcolumn will tell you when you last took a trainingvideo.

Navigate through the training

When you finish a video, click the Complete Training button at the top of the screen. You will return to the list of training videos. You will see Complete in the Status column next to the training video you just completed.

To stop in the middle of the training, click the Continue Laterbutton at the top of the screen and close the browser. When you open the training to continue, you will see Incomplete in the Status column next to the training video you need to finish.

Search

To search for a training video on a particular subject, you can type a keyword into the Search field at the top of the screen. Training videos that correspond to the keywords you typed will appear on your screen.
