- Participants will receive information on both operational and clinical factors affecting sustainability including work flow design and use, scheduling for no-show prevention, role, use of the warm-handoff and population health management.

- Participants will learn about how to optimize staffing productivity and assess capacity, approaches to contracting and credentialing with managed care entities.
