  • Participants will receive information on both operational and clinical factors affecting sustainability including work flow design and use, scheduling for no-show prevention, role, use of the warm-handoff and population health management.

Learning Objective:

  • Participants will learn about how to optimize staffing productivity and assess capacity, approaches to contracting and credentialing with managed care entities.

  • Participants will understand the key components of both direct and indirect revenueincluding transitions of Care, Chronic Care Codes, billing/coding for integrated health services and Value Based Payment designs.
