Your Day in the Health Office

A.  Upon arrival at the school be sure to follow these steps in the school office:

1.  TimeClock Plus at site with your badge or EIN # (Sub Health Assistants only)

2.  Obtain necessary keys. (Be sure to return keys at the end of the day!)

3.  Receive any special instructions from the secretary/administrator such as Departures from the usual schedule.

and/or Emergency Plans

C. Phone Instructions:

1. Health Office Phone Number and Extension:

2. Making an outgoing call: Lift receiver, Press “9” for a dial tone; Dial telephone number.

3. Receiving an incoming call: When phone rings (and lamp flashes on some phones), lift receiver to connect the call.

4. Taking phone messages when the [MESSAGE] or [MSG] button is lit at your extension.
