1.Introduction

Data to be filled by Merchants or Service Provider for Streamz in GreatBuyz. In case of questions, please send email to . Filling the Merchant Table and the Streamz Table is a one-time activity. In the future if Merchant needs to send updated data, this has to be coordinated with GreatBuiyz 1 to 2 weeks ahead.

This document does not cover the Product details. It is assumed that Merchant has agreed to in principle sign-up with GreatBuyz Streamz.

This document also does not cover how a Merchant can add Special Deals. Merchant can participate in this program separately - please contact GreatBuyz Support in this case.

2.Merchant Table (Merchant to fill)

Merchant Name / Less than 50 chars - Will appear on the App
Mini Description / Less than 50 chars. May appear on the App in the future - Current does not appear
Full Description / 256 characters - May appear on the App in the future - Current does not appear
Address / 512 characters - May appears on the App in the future Currently does not appear
Contact Person / 64 chars - Name of the Contact Person from the Merchant’s End (Internal Use)
Contact Phone / Phone number of the person managing the account

Notes:

Post merchant creation, each Merchant will be assigned an ID. This ID will be used in further communication references.

3.Stream(z) Table(s) (Merchant to fill)

One or more Stream (Campaign Accounts) can be associated with each Merchant Account. Each Stream is a separate communication with the consumer. Most merchants might start with One Stream. Merchant to fill this table for each Stream

End Date / Expiry date for the Stream - will be assigned by TM
Customer Support No / Number that will be dialed when customer chooses the support call option in the Stream
Sender Email ID / One or more Emails IDs (limit 3) that our system recognizes for publishing messages. Each Stream has to have a separate and non-overlapping source Email ID
Customer Contact Email ID / Email ID that the message will be sent to when the user submits a message to Support on the Stream
Category / List of Categories:
Stream search keywords (Max 2048 characters) / Common separate set of Keywords that identify the brand and will be used when a Consumer searches for available Streamz Brands. For example, a Fashion brand can use keywords like Pants, Trousers, Sarees, etc.
Banner
Specification: Size 500x150 in PNG24 format / Banner image to the Stream. This image is displayed in the list of brands available and for representing the Stream. This should be enticing for users.
