Congratulations to our Students of the week: Jordyn Hurt, Megan McPherson, Riley Adams, Carmen Wilson, Daijana Lewis, Donyette Kaigler, and Duane Sanders.
Any student who attended the College Credit Plus Meeting and is interested in looking into this option for next school year MUST turn in the required "Intent to Participate" form. Forms were handed out at the meeting additional copies are available in the student center.
Attention all 8th grade students: this week is audition week for Brush Soundsation Show Choir. Attend the session today OR tomorrow from 6-8pm in the Brush choir room, room C109. These are the dance and group vocal sessions. You must attend one of them for the full 2 hours. Then, audition night is Wednesday night this week, by appointment, between 6-8pm. You must also prepare a song to sing by yourself. Please prepare at least the 1st verse and chorus. See some of you starting tonight. Any questions, see Miss. Ballou.
The Book Club will meet in the library today after school. The Club is starting a new book and anyone is welcome to join.
Today’s MAC Jew Leaders are Miss Shamya Pratt and Miss Toni Jackson.
Today’s PBIS winners are Anala Valenzuela and Ranaiza Stone. Please come to the student center after announcements for your prize.
Students are to keep the following items in their securedlocker: Gloves, hats, heavy coats, scarves, all bags including book bags and shoe bags, electronic devices and accessories. There is no need for any of these items during the school day.
Students the expectation is that cell phones are turned off and secured in your lockers. The administrators & security will confiscate any cell phone and must be picked up by a parent. Teachers will not permit students to utilize cell phones, ear buds, or chargers in their class. All technology access must be through laptops, chrome books, or computer.
The word of the day is: Human Resources. Definition: People doing physical or mental work to produce goods or services.
Students are expected to only go to your lockers at the beginning of the day, at lunch, and at the end of the school day.
