Serving as an extension of your existing team, our experienced call center support service personnel will collect attendee registrations and housing reservations by fax, mail, or phone (800# and custom answering services provided). Customized Technology
Our modular and flexible Microsoft SQL server based platform enables you the ability to dynamically customize the attendee functionality for each event. With a simple point and click you can create customized sites and select which technology components you want to offer. We have successfully partnered with and seamlessly integrated with other leading technology providers and have the ability to offer advanced travel and abstract management through Cliqbook™ and Precis™ respectively.
Database Integration & Subgroups
Integration capabilities enable you to import and export data to and from your database into BlueSkyz allowing for customized e-marketing invitations, pre-populated registration forms, and updated collection of attendee data. Subgroups allow you to customize page views, registration categories & fees, and housing options to an unlimited number of specific groups--speakers, VIP’s, etc.
Reporting/Financial Management
Choose from a variety of standard registration, housing, surveying, and financial reports or create your own customized report. Data and registration fees collected on-line and off-line are managed through the web-based platform, providing an accurate and real-time 24x7 snapshot of your meeting or event. Securely process credit cards and electronic checks through Authorize.net™ and account for paper checks and purchase orders received off-line.
