This Meeting was organised among partner institution in Montenegro, in order to prepare more effective coordination and cooperation in realisation of planned activities in WP6.

The Meeting was held by Ivana Ognjanovic, PhD from UNIM as leading institution in this WP. All participants actively participated in all discussions and the following actions were unanimously accepted.

Acton 1: All activities in WP6 will be planned and monitored by UNIM as leading institution, and each institution will have assigned responsibilities and roles in accordance with their fields of work and usual activities.

Action 2: Due to expressed and signed support to all activities, University of Montenegro (UoM) should be included in all planned activities if it is possible. AYDM will be responsible for communication and cooperation with UoM.

Action 3: Different kinds of surveys should be conducted in order to provide comprehensive analyses and monitoring of SAO (that is planned in WP6), as follows:

-Surveys among students, academic and administrative staff

-Surveys focused on specific activities during one academic year: lectures, exams and enrolment period

-Surveys aimed on each developed services in SAO separately

Action 4: Having in mind that the same samples of students, administrative and academic staff will be surveyed for all activities during one academic year (as planned with Action 3) and almost each kind of developed services, optimal structure of questionnaires should be used:

-One questionnaire should consists of several sections: the first section focused on general issues of awareness about students with disabilities and their inclusion at HEIs, and other sections focused on developed services in SAO (one section for one service)

-Questionnaires should be prepared separately for students, administrative and academic staff

-Questionnaires should be prepared separately for specific activities during one academic year: lectures, exams and enrolment period

-Surveys should be conducted upon completion of certain activities in the academic calendar

Action 5: Workshops (that are planned in 6.3) should be aimed on (i) raising awareness of potentials for studying at HEIs in Montenegro among prospective students, (ii) promotion of SAO and developed supporting services, and (iii) inclusion of parents and current students in all activities.

Action 6: Having in mind diversity and differences among regions of Montenegro (southern, northern and central), special focus should be done on participation of all relevant institutions from different regions in Montenegro.

Action 7: Having in mind that several NGOs in Montenegro are developed for the needs of persons with disabilities, all of them should be invited to participate at workshops if possible. AYDM will be responsible for coordination and cooperation.

Action 8: Workshops should be promoted in media and social networks.

Action 9: Workshops can be used for dissemination activities, such as gathering experiences from students and their parents, as well as their teachers who have experienced working with students with disabilities and/or participating at trainings organised in WP5.
