This is an Attachment K Public Meeting for the seventh quarter of the “biennial” Planning Cycle 2014-2015. The meeting will be open to all Stake Holders and will be held joint at the PacifiCorp offices in Salt Lake City, Utah and Portland Oregon on Thursday 9:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. (PST), December 10, 2015

Proposed Agenda:
9:00 – 9:10 Greetings and Introductions
9:10 – 9:20 Address the status of the LTP process, summarize the substantive results of the quarter, present documents, and accept comments from stakeholders.
9:20 – 9:30 Discuss Status of the Five Year Area Studies
9:30 – 9:50 PAC West Area Planning Studies:
· Findings for the Hood River Study
· Kickoff for the Yakima Area study
9:50 – 10:00 PAC East Area Planning Studies:
· Findings for the Powder River Area Study
· Kickoff of Grace Study
10:00 Adjourn
A phone bridge will be available for people who cannot attend in Portland or Salt Lake City locations. Presentation and reference material will be posted on the OASIS.
