PRESIDENTS REPORT:STEVE SCHNEIDERS

  • Annual Volunteer Dinner has been put back on – please notify Tom Lawrence by tonight!

PARKS & REC REPORT:MIKE GETZ

  • 1 year walk thru at Chenoweth this Friday
  • HCPS says no use of grass high school grass fields, middle & elementary fields are fine
  • Working on gym schedule through July
  • Will then move on to August

TREASURERS REPORT: TOM HERPEL

  • Emails will be sent out to all programs affected for custodial fees and deducted by June
  • Head taxes for Spring programs will also be deducted shortly
  • Girls & Boys basketball programs need to come up with a plan on how to handle custodial fees – Dan and Jeff/Kristie will iron this out

UNFINISHED BUSINESS:

  • Press box is now County structure, all programs that use it will aid in the payment for such, 1st month was boys soccer – has made 1st installment; Garage door is leaking-Ian has someone coming to fix-they will be removing the garage door & replacing with double doors – our cost will be between $0 and $500 – football is willing to pay this expense
  • Website is up and running – working out kinks – any changes should be emailed to Steve Schneiders
  • Latanzee received 8 applicants – they are under review and they will let us know
  • Easter Egg hunt was huge success – see pictures on website

NEW BUSINESS:

  • Elections – 6 slots available for next year’s board – 8 nominations – ballots handed out, announcement made as to who has voting privileges
  • Keys to program chairs to be given out by June Meeting
  • Yoga is going very well – they may be adding another night
  • Election Results – BILL BAKER, MIKE O’CONNER, CHERYL MELHOURN, JOE BONHOFF, CHRIS DRUSANO, JACK LOFLAND… Congratulations to All!
