4．Visa information：

In order to make sure that your visa will be issued smoothly, we will close accreditation 45 days before your entry into China. Once your application is accepted, please take your passport and two passport size photographs, to the specified consulate or embassy of People’s Republic of China to apply for your J-2 visa (No invitation letter needed). Please make sure you have at least one, clean right hand page in your passport for the visa. The visa issued to you will be valid for the event period only. Since the event is to be held in Zhejiang province, all the journalists are required to enter and leave China via Hanzhou Xiaoshan International Airport.

You hope to claim your J-2visa from embassy/consulate at (country). If you, after having received our written confirmation, did not receive note to claim your visa until20th October, 2015, please contact us immediately. As per relating regulations in China, the visa issued to you will be valid for not more than seven days.

  1. Service information：

（A）Film developing service: E-6 and C-41film developing service as well as special urgent service are available at thepicture agency which is very close to Headquarter.

（B）Car renting service: There is no company providing car renting service in Longyou. If you need to go to the special stages or to other places, taxis are available at about 700RMB per day. Please be reminded that you are not allowed to drive as international driving license is not acceptable in China. Should you need service of interpretation, please contact with Media Center.

（C）F&B service: The hotel where headquarter is located in provides Chinese food, western food and Japanese food and also has bar for relaxation and entertainment.

（D）Telecom Service: Telecom service charge is based on national standards.

7. Equipment information (Photographers and cameramen are expected to fill in the form carefully in order to avoid any problems when passing the China Customs. All the photographers and cameramen should declare and clear their equipments at China Customs，otherwise you may be withheld by the Chinese Customs Authority.)
