- Provide administrative, financial and logistics assistance to organize trainings, workshops and other activities under the Planning Unit (PU), and joint Government programmes (e.g. patient safety & blood safety);

- Draft routine non-technical correspondences, memoranda based on written/verbal guidance from supervisor;
- Take notes, prepare minutes from various meetings with government counterparts and projects, and prepare NFR;
- Organize local level trainings/workshops by WHO funds; & initiate documents for settlement of advance funds;
- Maintain programme standard accounts & petty cash of the project;
- Maintain vehicle operations for the project office and personnel;
- Act as project secretary for team leader and managed meetings schedules and refreshments;
- Upload DFC & APW documents in GSM for next steps & maintain records of activities;
