Congratulations on your upcoming Graduation!The Shepherd University Bookstore is requesting that you take the time to purchase/order your Graduation Announcements, College Rings and Caps and Gowns at the upcoming Grad Fair.

Any student who wishes to participate in the Commencement Ceremony will be required to wear proper regalia.
All Students are required to purchase a diploma cover with their cap and gown. Students who purchase cap and gown accessories separately must also purchase a diploma cover.

For those who forget to order or decide to participate after the deadline, the Bookstore will be ordering extra caps, gowns and hoods in various sizes and degrees. These extras will be available April 15, 2016 on a first-come, first-serve basis. Extras cannot be held for individuals and sizes are not guaranteed. A $25.00 non-refundable late fee will be charged in addition to the costs.

Announcement orders will be shipped directly to the address you specify. The delivery date for campus announcement orders is approximately 4 weeks. Order forms will be available at the Grad Fair.
