For families/parents, there is a small hotel on the same complex– Traidhos Residence or Spa which can be booked directly. Or larger hotels available nearby.

Cost & Payment:
The MCI International Cricket Camp in Thailand includes all cricket activities; coaching, nets, matches along with cricket accommodation (within shared apartments) and 3 (on campus) meals per day, plus (group) transfers to and from Chiang Mai airport Cost: £995
Travel Insurance and Airfare is not inclusive.
A £200 deposit will hold your place, with the balance due 12 weeks prior to the camp.
Please do not book your flight until we confirm to do so – particularly if you are keen to travel with the group/coaches. Coaches’ flights be booked through a travel agent, called Paradise Travel and if you wish to travel on the same flight, we can put you in touch with them to arrange the same travel arrangements.
Payment can be made via cheque, debit or credit card or bank transfer (we do not accept paypal payments). If you are paying by international BACS transfer from a non UK account/currency, all banking charges are payable by you.
On receipt of the booking form, an invoice will be forwarded for the £200 holding deposit, payable on receipt.
A balance invoice will be forwarded for £795 for final payment 12 weeks prior to the camp date. Your place may be cancelled if final payment is delayed.

Terms – please read carefully
Please do not book flights until we have confirmed to do so. We will make contact to discuss best flight options/times from the UK and other countries.
Flights:
From the UK, attendees will be encouraged to fly from a London airport together as a group. For those flying in from another part of the UK or from another country, we will try to co-ordinate your arrival and departure times, to coincide with the main group. Please check baggage allowance to accommodate adequate cricket equipment. Suitable travel arrangements should be made for juniors if travelling un-accompanied/not with main group travelling from/to UK.
Transportation:
Transportation is organised to/from Airport in Chiang Mai. If you choose not to travel with the group, there may be a small charge for single person collection/drop off
Accommodation:
Accommodation will be at the Three Generations Cricket Academy within shared apartments (age appropriate). 6 pieces of laundry per day (except travel days)
Food/Refreshments:
3 (on campus)meals per day along with water for coaching sessions and games. An international menu is available and most meals are buffet style. For food allergies, notice musts be provided in advance. Any additional food or beverages or off-campus food/beverages are at own cost.
Travel Insurance:
Please ensure your travel insurance covers playing cricket/sports.

Payment:

Cancellation:
Cancellation can be made up to 12 weeks prior to the cricket camp date with a full deposit refund. Thereafter the deposit will be retained, regardless of cancellation reason.
A full itinerary explaining cricket clothing/equipment needed, outline of daily schedule, etc, will be forwarded prior to the cricket camp.
MCI cannot accept liability or pay compensation for accommodation, flights, cricket camp fees or other costs where contractual obligations are prevented or affected by ‘force majeure’ or injury to an attendee prior to or during the cricket camp. In these conditions of ‘force majeure’ we mean in the event of disruption or cancellation of supply of services such as, but not limited to war, threat of war, civil commotion, hostilities, strikes or other industrial disputes, natural disasters, fire, technical problems with transportation, weather conditions or other events outside our control.
MCI has the right to amend the daily cricket camp schedule to best suit the group, weather conditions or other unforeseen events.
