General Information

§  Objectives

Students will be able to assess the pertinent material properties as they are relevant in a specific situation in micro- and nanosystems. Also they will know how to obtain them.

§  Lecturers / Contents

Material Properties that are important for the study of micro- and nanosystems will be reviewed. Also methods to characterize materials will be described. In particular, the following topics will be covered:
