  • Leading project in the MEand Africa in terms of the unique design blendingthe old tradition with theart of technology in power saving and the hugereduction in the expectedoperating cost.
  • The buildingdesign and the project layout will serve in keeping the roomtemperaturewithin the comfort zone without the use of the A/condition.
  • The latest version of the Solar Water Heaters is installedwhich led usto savearound 150 KW in power generation.
  • The hybrid power systemcombining two wind turbine of totalcapacity 300 KW (at wind speed 9 m/sec.(will be used with diesel powered generator.
  • Got a permit to have 9 meters ofbuilding heights, 2 towers of 20meters height for the use of the windturbines, and a marina to reach to thewater depth of 15 meter.
  • Signed a management agreement with Swiss Inn Hotels and Resort for 10years.
  • Diving centre will be managed by German Companycalled Extra Diverswhich is recommended by Swiss Inn.
  • Have the infra structure up to160 rooms.
  • Serving as a family hotelconcept and our rating should exceedfour star requirements (Four StarBoutique Hotel). Our rooms should meetwith the 5 star requirements in termsof areas and facilities.

I need a partner to participate between 2-3 MUS$ in order to help in finishing and commissioning 100 room beach resort and Ecolodge located by the best second diving spot by the red sea coast. We signed resort management agreement with a Swiss Co. called Swiss Inn. We are 5-6 month from finishing that environmentally friendly project. Total project investment will be around 8 M US$. Return of investment will be between 5-6 years.
