•Identified, recruited and trained 4 consultants and 12 coordinators as General Manager of GCI, Florida (marketing and IP telecoms consulting firm); developed and managed marketing strategies for telecommunication and IP industries while managing various development and marketing schemes, generating over 5 new businesses and $USD120m in new revenues.
