Client Exam Waiver Request Form (for waiver of Written Portion)
You will need to create a profile in order for Pearson to apply the waiver to your record. If you have not already done so, you should go to http://www.pearsonvue.com/ma/cos/and click on "My Account" to create a new account.
Once you establish your account, and have been assigned a CANDIDATE ID, please enter the following information and submit your request for a client exam waiver for the requested exam part.

Please note that exam waivers cannot be added at the testing locations. You must follow this process if you have been granted an exam waiver by the Massachusetts Board of Cosmetology & Barbering. Otherwise, you will be required to take the entire exam.
