Ordinance # 667 – An Ordinance to amend the Marlboro County Code of Ordinances, relating to prisoner housing fees, to amend the Marlboro County Code of Ordinances, relating to responsibility for Medical Care of detainees, to add a voluntary labor program, and to provide for certain prison laborers to be covered by workers’ compensation. – Third Reading
b. Ordinance # 671 – An Ordinance authorizing Marlboro County to continue an agreement with the Marlboro County Rescue Squad providing paramedic level emergency service and transfer service throughout Marlboro County. – Second Reading.

a. Ordinance # 672 – An Ordinance to repeal the existing animal control ordinance and to amend the Marlboro County Code of Ordinances, relating to animal control – First Reading.
b. Ordinance # 673 – An Ordinance to approve the lease agreement for the Industrial Park Land to be used for farming. – First Reading (Title Only)
c. Ordinance # 674 – An Ordinance Transferring the Deed for Marlboro County Speculative Building – First Reading (Title Only)
d. Resolution # 05-10-01 – A Resolution approving a contract between Marlboro County Government and the South Carolina Department of Motor Vehicles for county inquiry and web screens access and authorizing County Administrator to execute contract.
e. Resolution # 05-10-02 – A Resolution granting the County Officials of Marlboro County the option to purchase fifty acres of land from Domtar.
f. Ordinance # 675 – An Ordinance authorizing the purchase of fifty (50) acres of land from Domtar. – First Reading (Title Only)
