a “Manxter 2+2” kit, upon the following terms and conditions: Receipt of a down payment of $3,998.00 either in the form of check, cash or with an additional 3% charge for credit card., the remaining balance to be paid just prior to *delivery, which is an estimated date that the finished kit will be ready for pick-up or shipment. Buyer acknowledges that Meyers Manx is not responsible for sub-contractor delays and buyer grants permission to Meyers Manx to make partial shipment in the event that such delays occur. The basic Standard kit price is $7,995.00 without options and includes the following parts:

· Fiberglass Hood with Associated Hardware & Pinchwelt
· Fiberglass Air Box & Gas Spring Assembly
· Fiberglass 2-piece Dash with Glove Box & Instrument Panel (instruments not included)
· Fiberglass Windshield Surround assembled with glass
· Fiberglass Hardtop with Mounting Hardware – Black __ White __ (Tan ___ additional $50 charge)
· 6-point Steel Top Support System with Side Intrusion Bars and Trans-horn Mount
· Polished Stainless Steel Front & Rear Bumpers with Accompanying Bracketry
· Transmission Mount for Type I ___ or Type II ___
· Lights: Headlights, Turn-Signals, License Plate Light, Standard Hella VW Taillights
· Turbo Side Mirrors
· “Manxter 2+2” Rear Emblem & “Meyers Manx” Front Emblem

Additional options and accessories requested by buyer shall be at extra cost as agreed to between buyer and Meyers Manx. In the event that buyer requests a special order, full amount of the additional cost is payable and due upon ordering. Once ordered, said amount is not refundable.
Final payment, due when shipment is ready for delivery and will be paid either in the form of cashier’s check, cash or with an additional 3% charge for credit card. If Meyers Manx is not able to perform its delivery obligation within reason, the down payment will be refunded to buyer.
In the event of a dispute, the prevailing party shall recover its attorney’s fees, court costs and all other reasonable expenses associated with collection efforts. California law applies to this contract and any suit shall be brought to the county of San Diego California.
v Delivery will intend the time that the kit is ready for shipment or pick-up and will be approximated according to the date the order was received.
v If you are shipping your kit home, there will be a $100 pallet[1] charge for placing your kit on a sheet of wafer board and fastening all parts down to the board within the body. The hardtop will be the only loose piece and it will be wrapped in bubble wrap. Your shipper must have the ability (i.e. crane or fork-lift) to load the kit.

v If you are picking up your kit the pallet will not necessarily be helpful, as we do not have a fork-lift. Be sure to bring plenty of tie-downs and rags/towels to protect the finished gel-coat. We will help you load the body but will not be responsible for tying it down.
