Mankato City Center Hotel Rewards Program

We’ve made our loyalty program as simple as possible.

Stay one night at a time or all five nights in a row. There is no obligation to join and all you need to do is get a membership card, start collecting stays at a qualifying rate, and receive $25. Ask your guest service agent for additional information and start earning stamps today.

Program eligibility and rules:

·  Every night you stay at the Mankato City Center Hotel at a qualifying rate, you’ll earn a stamp on your program card at check-out. Once you’ve collected 5 stamps, drop your card off at the desk and we will mail you a check for $25.

·  The reward stamp will be issued for the following rates (BAR (Best Available Rate), corporate, AAA, and AARP). Other rates may also qualify; check with a guest service agent for eligibility.

·  Reward stamps will be issued one per night, per room, to the registered guest only at check-out by the guest service representative. Stamps will not be issued before or after checkout.

·  When you have accumulated 5 stamps on the program card, drop the card off at the registration desk with your contact information completed. Be sure to fill out your name and address; checks will be mailed to the address you noted above.

·  Reward stamps are not transferable.

·  Reward checks will be mailed within one week after the Program Card is received by the hotel.

·  Reward stamps are valid for two years year from the date of issue.

·  Reward stamps and Program Cards have no cash value.

·  Reward stamps will not be issued in conjunction with any other promotion.

·  Reward stamps and checks will not be replaced, re-issued, or credited if lost, stolen, or otherwise destroyed.

·  The Mankato City Center Hotel reserves the right to add, modify, delete, or otherwise change the value of the 5 for $25 Reward Program, at its sole discretion, with or without notice, even though changes may affect the value of the Reward stamps already accumulated.

·  Reward Program stamps shall not be construed as or constitute or otherwise establish a contractual relationship between the Mankato City Center Hotel and the Program Card holder.

·  Offer is only valid for the guest’s name as it appears on the membership card.

·  This offer may not be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion. Not valid for group blocks (although individual guests paying for their own rooms in a group are eligible), black-out dates may apply. Advance reservations are recommended.
