Mandatory LEP Registration Options Teaching English Language Learners (TELL)
Online Course
v The online course is designed for new or rehired certified staff to the district after the 1999-2000 school year.
v This course will be conducted online. A face-to-face orientation session is mandatory. You must attend this session to keep your enrollment in this course.
v You will be able to access the online course 24 hours a day, 7 days a week utilizing an internet connection.
v The online course is offered during the Fall and Spring semesters only.
v Each session of this course requires a minimum of 10 participants and a maximum of 30 participants.
v Registration is on a first come first served basis. Register today!!!
To register:
1. Go to www.aps.edu/human-resources/training-resource-center/aims-pd-planner.
2. View documents found under AIMS: Educator Development.
3. Log in to AIMS: https://aims.schoolnet.com.
4. Click Educator Development tab. Click PD Search. Type TELL in the PD Search
box. Click Go.
5. Scroll down, click on course title to view course offering and click Register to register
for the course.

Course orientation is MANDATORY on September 7th!

Online TELL Course, Session II
September 10, 2013 through November 10, 2013
WHEN: Course orientation: Tuesday, September 10, 2013
WHERE: City Center, 6400 Uptown Blvd. NE, 87110
TIME: 4:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m.
Course orientation is MANDATORY on September 10th!
*NOTE: If participants do not attend orientation, they will be disenrolled from the on-line course.
