Thank you for your interest in Deer Park Apartments. Please take a minute to read the following information concerning our application process. Any questions should be directed to the manager Midge Menard. Call the rental office at 860-

487-3933 or e-mail inquiries to.

In order to process your application, you must do the following:

1)The application: Complete, leave nothing blank. If the question does not apply to you use N/A for an answer. The application fee is $75.00 per applicant, and is non-refundable.

2)Co-Signer applications: all applicants that do not meet the income requirements must submit a co-signer application with the application fee of $75.00 per co-signer. A lease guarantee will be required when your application is accepted and a rental agreement is signed.

3)Deposit: A deposit of $300.00 is required with your application to hold an apartment for you and is non-refundable if your application is approved and an apartment is assigned. If your application is denied, your deposit of 300.00 will be refunded to you.

4)Verification of employment: Your employer must complete the employment verification form. You must submit copies of your most recent pay stubs. (Letters are accepted in certain circumstances.) If you are self-employed, you must submit copies of your last two years tax returns.

5)Lease Guarantee: Must be signed by your co-signer in the presence of a notary.

6)Social Security and Drivers License: You must submit a copy of your social security card anddrivers license. (Every applicant)

7)Deposit checks: Deposit and application fee are to be submitted with the application. Checks must be bank check or money order made payable to Deer Park Apartments.

8)Denial: You may be denied if your income does not meet our income requirements, if you have a very poor rental history, if you have bad credit, if you have ever been evicted or arrested.

This form must sign and submit this form with your application. There are no exceptions to the requirements for processing your application.
