Bunn-E-Bay Silent Auction-Fundraiser

Our club is looking for quality Mini Rex to be donated for this fundraiser. Animals may be show or brood quality and will be listed as such. Brood animals must be proven and show stock must be free of any DQ’s. Bidding starts at $5.00 and will be raised in $1.00 increments.

Please help us raise monies so that we may sanction more Mini Rex shows, both Open and Youth! Complete attached form to donate!

The Berks folks are kind enough to allow us to hold our Specialty show with them, so lets be sure to mind our manners, and be sure to thank them for hosting!

This show will conform to all ARBA and Berks 4-H County Show rules. Please download the Berks show catalog for additional details at

ALL DAY OF SHOW Entries are to be registered and checked in no later than 8:00AM with the judging to begin promptly at 8:30AM.

ALL RETURNED CHECKS are to be paid in full, with an additional $20.00 (Twenty Dollars) bounce fee by the time of check in or your entries will NOT be recorded on the control sheets, and will be left off ALL show reports.

ANY DAY OF SHOW entry checks that are returned from the bank as unpaid will be subject to a SINGLE notification to remit payment, plus the additional $20.00 (Twenty Dollars) fee to remain on reports, failure to respond and remit will remove you from the show report.

Directions

From the West –

From Harrisburg Follow I-78. Take Exit 7 off I-78 and follow 183 South. After passing through a blinking light in Strausstown, go approximately 8 miles and turn right at the next stop light onto West Leesport Road. (see highlighted text below)

From the South –

(Lancaster Area) Travel Route 222 North to Shillington and turn left onto Route 724 West. Travel through three traffic lights and turn left onto the bypass (signs say - To Route 422 East and To Route 222 North.) Travel three miles. Take the fourth exit for 222 North/Allentown. Travel 3.5 miles to the 3rd exit for Route 183 /Bernville Road/ Strausstown. Turn left on to Route 183N to first light, turn left onto West Leesport Rd. (see highlighted text below)

From the North –

(Allentown) Take 222S bypass to Rt. 183N. Travel to the first light turn left onto West Leesport Rd. ( see highlighted text below)

From the East –

(Pottstown area) Travel Rt. 422W and stay on the bypass around Reading (stay in left lane) which becomes 222N bypass. Follow signs to Allentown. Travel Rt. 222 directly to Rt. 183 Exit. Turn left onto 183N to first light. Turn left onto West Leesport Rd. (see highlighted text below)

Continue past the church and turn right onto County Road. Go approximately one mile and turn left into the 4-H Center lane.
