Agreement

Thank you for applying to the Hawthorne Farmers Market, we look forward to our 2018 season. Our Season will begin on Tuesday, May 15th and run through September 11th, rain or shine. WE ARE CLOSED ON JULY 3rd!!! Our booth fee is $35 per Saturday, all vendors must pay a one time vendor application processing fee of $25.50 and their first Three consecutive weeks all upfront. This fee is non-refundable, do not send in your first rent payment until you have been approved. Every Vendor must be paid ahead by a week, this is how your spot will be held from week to week. No exceptions!

Being consistent is what holds every single Vendors spot, we need everyone to read the Rules and Regulation of the Market. All our Double and Triple booth spaces are discounted, please do not make a payment until your application has been reviewed and approved by the Market Manager.

There will be a Market meeting prior to the opening of our 2018 Season, TBA. We will hold an end of the season Vendor dinner meeting in September to review the season and plan for our upcoming 2019 Market, date will be announced later in the Market season. This is for Vendors who have been in attendance in the Market for at least half the season, we will give you advance notice. All Vendors will be listed on our Website, updates will begin as applications and payments arrive.

All payments and applications are due no later than Friday March 2nd, we will not hold your spot if this Application and payment are not received.

Payments: All Vendors must send in their App fee, this will go towards the Website and processing of your application, this is a one-time fee.

Payment is also due along with your Application, any questions please let us know.

All Vendors will have their first payment by March 2nd, Once the season begins he/she can pay weekly at the Market to the Manager by 5pm at the Information Booth for his/her next weekend. Every Vendor is required to have their payments made a week in advance, this is how your spot is held.

Cancellations are for emergency situation only, we ask if you have to take a vacation day to let us know in advance or have someone set up your booth for you. After 3 cancellations even if you are season paid you will receive a warning and after that terminated from the Market, to be successful take commitment for you, fellow Vendors and our customers.

The Hawthorne Farmers Market is located in the the parking lot at 1844 SE Cesar Estrada Chavez Blvd, Portland, Oregon 97214.
