•One of the key persons to innovate and launch since 2011 the CRS curricula (PTOTSLP) from traditional to integrated approach, the only integrated curricula for the specified programs in the Philippines;

•Active accreditor of PAASCU and key administrator to lead the College from Preliminary to Level 2 Accredited status for the Physical Therapy Program; Currently filed application for international accreditation of the DLSHSICRS BSOT program for World Federation for Occupational Therapy (WFOT);

•Was able to open two new baccalaureate programs (BS Occupational Therapy and BS Speech and Language Pathology ) under termed Deanship of the College of Rehabilitation Sciences;

•Was able to open and develop the Online Learning Platform of the College of Rehabilitation Sciences under Moodle Learning Management System for hybrid class sessions for the PTOTSLP programs including website upgrade for the College.

•Engaged in a series of training conducted by the CHED and home institution - De La Salle Health Sciences Institute concerning Outcomes-based Education;

•Key person and advance trainer in DLSHSI College of Rehabilitation Sciences for the national wheelchair provision program of the World Health Organization and Latter day Saints Charity project for wheelchair assessment, Rx and distribution as well as responsible for its incorporation in the DLSHSICRS Curricula;

•Active community service advocate for children with disabilities in the national and local level;
