Project goals and objectives:
The overall project goal:
§  Increasing educational and scientific potential of specialists in Information Technologies, by reforming curricula and training programs for Master's and PhD by specialties "Computer Systems and Networks", "System Programming" and "Specialized computer systems" based on Bologna process standards and regulations.
Specific project objectives:
§  To modernise Master’s programs by specialties "Computer Systems and Networks", "System Programming" and "Specialized computer systems".
§  To develop PhD-programs by specialties "Computer Systems and Networks", "System Programming" and "Specialized computer systems".
§  To develop and implementation of training courses for Master’s and PhD accordance with the requirements of the labor market and the Bologna process.
§  To introduct modern methods and means of blended learning in study process of Master’s and professional skill improvement of teachers/supervisors.
§  To create educational and methodical complex in English and Ukrainian languages for Master's and PhD training programs that will be certified and will have state recognition.
§  To develop cooperation with leading scientific institutions and enterprises in the field of IT.
§  To establish mechanism for joint Master’s and PhD programs in the field of "Computer Engineering".
§  To disseminate project results among partner institutions.
Activities:
§  Formation of quality requirements and criteria to teachers/supervisors and Master and PhD in the field of "Computer Engineering".
§  Formation requirements for the teaching of Master’s and PhD in the field of "Computer Engineering".
§  Modernization of curricula and training programs for Master’s by specialties "Computer Systems and Networks", "System Programming" and "Specialized computer systems".
§  Development of curricula and training programs for PhD by specialties "Computer Systems and Networks", "System Programming" and "Specialized computer systems".
§  Development of certified courses for Master’s and PhD training.
§  Development and implementation of a mixed-type training.
§  Organization of joint training video and web-seminars.
§  Introduction of modern technical means in the educational process.
§  Preparation of practical-oriented Master’s and PhD works.
§  Organizing courses of professional skill improvement for teachers/supervisors.
§  Defining criteria and mechanisms of quality evaluation of the educational process.
§  Defining criteria and mechanisms of quality evaluation of Master’s and PhD.
§  Development recommendations for implementation of the project results among other educational institutions.
Expected results:
I. Reformed curricula and training programs for Master’s by specialties "Computer Systems and Networks", "System Programming" and "Specialized computer systems".
II.  Developed curricula and training programs for PhD by specialties "Computer Systems and Networks", "System Programming" and "Specialized computer systems".
III.  Created teaching system for Master’s and PhD by specialties "Computer Systems and Networks", "System Programming" and "Specialized computer systems" in Ukrainian and English languages, certified and with state recognition.
IV.  Introducted modern methods and means of blended learning for Master’s and PhD.
V.  Introducted technologies and methods of quality evaluation of Master’s and PhD.
VI.  Getting international double diplomas for Master’s and PhD.
VII.  Raised awareness, mobility and competitiveness Master’s and PhD on the labor market.
VIII.  Recommendations for dissemination of project results to other specialties.
