STEP 4 – Return your form preferably by e-mail to at the latest by Friday 18th May. Please ensure that it is attached to your e-mail as either a .doc, .jpg or .pdf file. We cannot handle other formats, nor can we access things like “SkyDrive”. Jerk Chicken

Vendors wishing to sell jerk chicken should complete this form but should also tick here

Our preferred option is for all food to be cooked within a purpose fitted trailer unit. Open barbecues are not normally permitted at our – by special permission gas barbecues and those with lids and chimneys may be accepted, in which case, special safety requirements will apply relating to fencing, control of smoke and other issues. Please give as much information as possible, indicating how you will cook jerk chicken, how you propose to prevent access to hot barbecue equipment and how you will prevent smoke being a nuisance to others nearby. A photograph of your trading pitch is useful.

Preference will be given to Caterers who operate a sustainable and environmentally friendly business policy; e.g. use of bio-degradable containers, sourcing stock locally; please state if you are operating any of these or similar measures.
Luton is a Fair Trade town and all caterers are requested to show their commitment to Fair Trade and to use Fair Trade tea, coffee and sugar. Please state Yes or No
