Feb. 1999Three projects were completed: 1) a cross-cultural resource manual, 2) interview research on cultural issues between Americans and Mexicans, and 3) job satisfaction, organizational justice, and citizenship behavior questionnaire survey work was conducted. Recommendations for organizational improvements were suggested and also trained some of the employees on the above-mentioned organizational topics.
