TheAssociateinArtsinPoliticalScienceforTransferdegree(AA-TinPoliticalScience)preparesstudentstocontinue their education at a California State University campus leading to a baccalaureate degree. Students who completethis degreemayenterwithjuniorstatustotheCaliforniaStateUniversitysystem,andwillbegivenpriorityadmissiontothe CSUsystem.

Studentsmustcomplete60unitswhichareeligiblefortransfertotheCaliforniaStateUniversity.Studentsmustfulfillthe generaleducationrequirementsandthemajorandelectivecoursestototal60units.Studentsmaychoosetofolloweither theIntersegmentalGeneralEducationTransferCurriculum(IGETC)ORtheCaliforniaStateUniversityGeneral Education-BreadthRequirements.Studentsmust maintainanoverallminimumgradepointaverageof2.0.Studentsmust earnaCorbetterinallcoursesrequiredforthemajor.
