Award contract to Axtell’s, Inc., PA in amount of $43,847 for the runway 7/25 pavement marking project. 4 bids were opened on May 2 this being most responsive complying with specifications; Issue notice to proceed on or before July 10, complete within 45 days; Authorize Administrator to notify Auditor to release retainage at completion of project. ODOT Aviation reimbursement grant is 95/5

Commissioners:

#9. Authorize various personnel actions as indicated on the summary sheet for employees within the jurisdiction of the Lorain County Board of Commissioners (at the conclusion of today’s Board meeting, the Commissioners may recess into an Executive Session to discuss: personnel/new hires)

#1. Clerk of Courts Orlando, effective July 1, 2017 will charge a 3% transaction fee for phone-in credit card payments, the same as on line credit card payments for the legal division. This is due to the phone transactions have comprised about 60% of all credit card payments and are more time consuming for the staff and cost more monthly merchant processing fees
